Hi all you Taylor fans out there. I'm sure you've all heard the announcement of Taylor's new pop album entitled "1989" coming out October 27th! In related news, Taylor released her first single and music video from the record, "Shake It Off". In the video they hired various kinds of professional dancers and placed Taylor right in the middle of them. Fitting perfectly with the theme of shaking off what people say about you, they literally shake their way through the video. Here are some of the looks Taylor takes on in this new music video:

Here's what I think: Taylor Lautner has good taste in Girlfriends

Previously linked to Selena Gomez of the Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place, Taylor Lautner has shown excellent taste in perfectly respectable and adorable girlfriends.

His pairing with Selena Gomez was a match made in Disney heaven; she is cute as a button and wholesome as can be. I’m not ashamed to admit that I spent an entire Friday night immersed in the fantastical world of Wizards of Waverly Place and I’ll tell you what, Selena Gomez is just about the only reason to watch. Not only is she a spunky little actress, being a child of Disney, she’s multi-talented as a singer and dancer too.

But alas, it was too good to be true. The stars split after a brief courtship- must be hard maintaining a teen romance when you’re fast becoming a megastar (don’t even pretend that you readers don’t LOVE Twilight and are counting the days until New Moon).

Since the split with Gomez, Lautner has stayed single, not even playing the field from the looks of it, and just keeping a low (as low as can be expected) profile. Until now.

Taylor Lautner has recently been linked to Taylor Swift, the sweet-as-a-kitten country singer who has been enjoying mainstream success with her country-pop cross-over album Fearless. This match up may be even cuter than the wizardly Disney pairing! Taylor and Taylor? Come on that’s got matchy matchy his and her’s written all over it!

If you delve a little deeper into my blog history you can find that I think Taylor Swift is just about the cutest thing since the invention of puppies. Clearly, Lautner has his sites on stable, wholesome girls. And that’s not surprising considering his apparently advanced maturity level at only 17-years-old. Maybe he’ll be the prince in the slightly older Swift’s (19) love story.

But no hard feelings, Gomez and Swift remain close friends despite the relationship switch up. This just might be the cutest and nicest love triangle in Hollywood history.

Here's what I think: Kanye West is a Douche

If you haven't seen it yet, Kanye West has yet again proven that he is in fact a huge douche bag. I typically do not concern myself with the happenings of Kanye West, I've always been aware of his douchey ways and have been perfectly happy to ignore his existence. However, when he attacks my sweet and lovable Taylor Swift, I feel the need publicly declare my distaste for all things Kanye West.

In case you've been living in a box today, last night at the MTV VMA awards, Taylor Swift won Best Female Video. This is an accomplishment as she is a country artist and was recognized by MTV. Needless to say she was honored, but just as she was accepting her award Kanye rushed up the stage and took her microphone to add his own commentary, completely interrupting her acceptance speech and frankly embarrassing her by suggesting that she didn't deserve the award. In Kanye's opinion Beyonce was more deserving and he wanted to let everyone know.

I believe his words were something to the effect of "Beyonce had one of the top videos of all time" he was referring to the Single Ladies video which in my opinion is overstating a little. Top videos of ALL time? Seriously? ALL time? Maybe one of the most popular videos of the year, obviously because later that night Beyonce did win for Best Video of the Year, but pretty sure Single Ladies can't beat out some of the best videos of ALL time!

I'm not the biggest fan of Beyonce either, but to her credit she was completely appalled by Kanye's outburst, when her moment did come and she won for Best Video of the Year, she graciously invited Taylor Swift on stage to complete her interrupted speech.

Kanye needs to start thinking before acting, why is it that he always performs some kind of tactless act publicly- oh yeah because he's generally just a tooley douche.

Here's what I think: I love Taylor Swift and I want to Lick Keith Urban's Face!

This weekend I went to see the Taylor Swift and Keith Urban concert at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. I had heard kind of poor reviews about Wells Fargo Arena before but seriously didn't care because I love Taylor Swift and Keith Urban so I was psyched to see them in concert! Turns out the concert was awesome and the venue was great!

I have been a fan of Taylor Swift since she first came out with "Tim McGraw", I bought her most current CD "Fearless" the day it came out last fall and have been listening to it in my car ever since. Love it. Seriously, love it! I was almost more excited to see her than Keith Urban (she was just opening for him). So you can imagine my disappointment that we were about 15 minutes late for the concert. My boyfriend is chronically late, however I can't blame this on him. I can however blame it on the Hy-Vee triathlon. He competed this weekend and we had to go check in his bike. They said the athletes could start dropping them off at 6:00 and the concert didn't start until 7:30 so we figured this was plenty of time. Oh except the drop off was a big cluster and took the entire hour and a half and we high tailed it across Des Moines to get to the concert. But we only missed about a song and a half I think- came in while she was singing "Fearless."

Once we got there and got settled in the concert was fantastic. Taylor Swift has a lot of energy and sounded great. Even though it was a short set because she was the opening act, she picked great songs and interacted with the audience a lot. She's so sweet and gracious and put on a great performance. Also, I loved her dress. I've seen her perform in similar outfits before and I love the sequined tank dress and boots. Super cute!

Okay enough gushing over how cute Taylor Swift is. What I really want to talk about is Keith Urban and how I want to lick his face.

Keith Urban is so stinking cute. You know how some people have a list of five celebrities they are allowed to sleep with? Well, I'm not a hussy so instead of a list of people I'd sleep with (cause I wouldn't!) I have a list of celebrities who I'd lick the side of their face and Keith Urban has been on that list since I created it!

He puts on a really great show and is very active with the audience. He did a short set on a platform at the back of the floor and then also sang a song from a mic stand positioned inside the audience. And he really has to put up with a lot from his fans. I'm not the only one who finds this country super star attractive. Girls were grabbing at him from every direction, pulling at his hair, slapping him in the face and one girl even ripped open his shirt! It's easy to think that those girls are crazy but I better not judge because had I been down there on the floor that close to him- I would have licked his face.

**Other members of the list include- Matthew McConaughey, Jake Gylenhaal, and Rob Pattinson (even though I thought Rob might taste dirty because he often looks homeless- but I heard that in real life he actually smells very nice so he made it back on the list).
