Here's what I think: Golden Globes Best Dressed

Sunday at the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards there were almost too many best dressed stars to count. With the exception of a few mishaps (see other Golden Globe blog entries) and the rainy weather it seems Hollywood's finest brought out their best in fashion. Here are a few that stood out to me above the others:

3. Ginnifer Goodwin - Ginnifer is really good at dressing for her body. She is so petite and with her pixie hair cut she could easily come across as much younger than she is, so it is important for her to take risks and stay at the forefront of fashion trends. She is really smart to go with shorter dresses and heals, it makes her legs look longer and accentuates her tiny frame. I like that she chooses bold colors and interesting necklines. She always looks put together and polished and didn't disappoint at the Globes.

2. Anna Kendrick - Anna is another petite young actress and with her first Golden Globe nomination she came out looking like a seasoned red carpet star. I like that she has pattern in her dress but that it isn't over whelming. The train helps to balance the structure to the neckline and the color is very flattering with her pale skin. The loose updo is perfect to complete this classy yet modern look.

1. BEST DRESSED - Toni Collette - I don't think this picture quite translates how amazing Toni Collette looked on the red carpet. This gold beaded dress sparked and brought out the color of her skin and hair. She truly looked like a Golden Globe statue as she made her way through the crowd. The patterns of the beading on the dress are so flattering with her body and give her an hour glass shape. Very minimal with the accessories which is smart with the amount of bling in her gown.
